I don't do any shore fishing, but the DEP has a dock to fish off of in Old Lyme.

any where.the whole river has something .winter,spring the north end stripers,salmon,trout.summer months through out the river, and fall.it stripers,blues,fluke,carp.trout,white perch,crabs.blackfish.this is what i have caught and theres probley more specieis that i haven't caught
