Thanks for the report. I really need to get over there and try the resevoir. I have ice fished it in the winter over by lake side lodge and the dam and done o.k. You ever do any good at either of those places in your boat? It would be nice to have another place to fish when henrys is slow. I was there this weekend and we didn't catch too many but we caught a couple big ones. I will post when I get the pictures off the camera.

We fished it on wednesday june 1st. Only caught a few small fish trolling. They don't have all the shallow water marked. Luckily we were only trolling & had drive unit up. 2 ft of water out in middle of channel. Man , there are some big homes on this lake. Travis

Banner water years area always good for the West End. Maybe a weekend of boat camping is in order as soon as the summer weather patterns set in! [fishin]

When the water starts to warm trolling deep near the dam is good for kokanee . They plant 200,00 a year . This weekend most people were trolling in the channel on the main lake out front of Trudes bay . We caught fish on Rapalas and Spoons . Curt G.

I grew up in Pinehaven so running over green canyon was a weekly pass time for us. I love fishing the west end. I've never been one to spend to much time in the summer on the backwater or the dam channel. As kids we'd just take the tents or pull a trailer and camp on the fingers and run the old aluminum boat or later our float tubes. Now, I just launch at the dam and run out to the west end. I can anchor in the fingers for protection from the wind and spend two or three days out there at a time.
