Thanks to the gentlemen who helped me trailor my boat in the hurricane at UL. Before the wind hit we boated 28 whites and 1 channel cat then wind switched started coming from the north I have never had to drive my boat in more scary situation. WIND IS THE DEVIL

terrible wind for sure. me and my bro were out there in our kayaks about 2-3 miles from the trucks. it turned quick on us, not a very fun paddle in. seemed like someone turned the wind switch on out of no where today, turned ugly in a hurry!

I saw a couple of small vessels way out on the lake today on my way home from work.
I thought to myself, "Man, I hope the wind doesn't pick up."
Glad you all made it out of there.
UL ate my cousin, her husband, and a friend one day. It's a hungry lake.
