[font "Arial"][size 2]Remember: GLASS, FIRES, OR CAMPING IS NOT ALLOWED ON THE SHORELINE ANYWHERE. Boats must be anchored at least 20 feet off the shore to stay overnight. These rules are to protect the quality of the water from the impacts of camping on the shoreline.

Yes I do know that hence the question of where I can have a LEGAL fire. [] I love pineview and I recently have to tell a friend he could get in big trouble if he had one on shore.

Ok, let me see if I get this right. You are asking where you can have a fire where it is illegal to have a fire. Silly me for stating the law, egg on my face [crazy].

No if I were to go to a campground around pineview I could have a fire. I was just wondering if there was like a day camp place around. I have no eed to rent a camp ground just for the firepit.

I would think the day use areas should have grill areas that you can light a small fire. Such as middle inlet day use area.

Only place for an actual campfire would be Anderson Cove Campground and yes they have day-use areas. Here's their number and you can call and get more specifics 1-801-745-3215
Other areas around PV will just have grills for cooking but I don't believe they have any fire pits.
