Made some new friends today, They got a hold of me by this site.. We got our dates set and was on the water by 7:00..

The air temp was a nice 58 and the water was 56 we or She got the first bass...

The water was like glass most of the day with a light breeze off and on but the fishing was slow most of the morning..

We all got fish total fish caught was 36 ALL BASS the biggest at 15" but they all put up a great fight...

All bass was on the drop shot but we used three lures or colors.. The water is coming up fast and only has 6 to 8' to high water it looks like...

Good post Bassrods! My brother (from Dallas) and I are headed up there on friday, so any tips you can provide would be helpful. What colors have been working the best for you lately? At what depth have you been getting the best results with the dropshot?[reply][/reply]

So are you a guide on Jordanelle or just a good person? I fish Jordanelle often but catch most of my fish on Yama grubs. Sounds like you had a fun day.
