Hey all I moved out to Idaho about a month ago to go to graduate school but I will be coming down on the fourth of July weekend to visit with family. I was wondering if any of you would know how fast and deep Big Cottonwood Creek is, mainly in the higher up stretch by the Spruces campground. I know it's kind of an obscure area, but I always have a great time when I go up there, I just want to make sure I'll be safe[]

No prediction on site but at risk of flooding with warmer weather. On the bright side it's not as bad as little cottonwood but I think fishing is out. I've picked up quite a few fish behind Spruces Campground in the past but find generally better fishing the next half mile below.
