Nice cats Jedburton. Are they from Utah Lake? I've been going to school down in Provo, maybe we could head out some time.

Great pics Jed!!! What are those "sores" on their sides?

Hey Jed,

Pretty fancy fishing attire you got on there, and taking them into your bath tub -- boy you treat those catfish with a lot of respect.

Wow Jed, that's a nice cat! Were there any leeches stuck to it when you caught it? I've caught several channels that have little leeches attached to their bellies...too much bottom dwelling. The hunter can become the hunted. LOL Maybe leeches caused the sores? Have to be some pretty big ones. This year the biggest cat I caught was only 4 lbs. Congratulations again.

the catfish tried to catch me in some rocks and got scraped up in the process so they aren't sores, just battle wounds

Nice pictures. You are obviously going to eat him.. What is your favorite cooking technique, recipes, etc etc... I've got one in my freezer and need some tips on preparation... Thanks for any info..

The Bubble up pipe has been fairly good for me all summer long, but only in the mornings. At night all I could catch were mudcats. Caught several 3-4 pound cats in the late morning there this summer. Haven't been in about a month though.
