Earlier this spring there was a long discussion about the walleye situation in Ririe reservoir. It got pretty heated but was good to see everyone's stance.

I was fishing C.J. Strike last weekend and stopped by the gas station in Bruneau. There on the wall was a picture of a guy holding a nice walleye he caught on Strike. The location I can’t remember but I think it was either the cove arm or the narrows. Anyways it says right on the photo.

I just thought it was interesting that there are walleye in Strike. Has anyone heard about them being in there? Has anybody caught one?

Cole when that Walleye was caught fish and game netted the area the walleye was caught in. Despite their efforts no other walleye were found in the immediate area.
