Chesterfield is turning bad its starting to look like soup in places... Fishing was better last week but today was getting slowwww....

Alexander is LOADED with cats lots and lots OF cats but little bitty ones.... Nothing over 17 inches.... Fished 42 ft of water pulling the cats out of 16-31ft with anything and everything we put down. Temp was 72 today my daughter had a BLAST with those kitties... Hope this helps out some......

The only help I can give is you might try BIG bait. And see if you can locate those big ones. Ron

Thx Ron. I was going to ask u n a pm but didn't wanna bug you. Seemed like the bigger the bait the longer it takes the baby cats to get to the hook....[crazy]LOL. IMA goin to figure them out sooner or later tho. But thx for ur input. I envy ur cat trips I wish we had more spots over on this side for cats. (From my phone sorry for any typos!)

Some guys don't like the size of bait I use. I use a 4/0 or a 5/0 hook and a piece of cut bait that is 4" to 5" long and 2" to 3" wide on one rod. The other is sized down a bit. I normally only catch big fish on the big bait. Worms are a bait that work but small ones are the only thing you catch.
Maybe we need a BFT floatilla at Brownlee next year. Ron
