Hello all! I am new to fly fishing, and am taking the family camping Mon-Tues. I have only caught little baby bass at Newton with my fly rod and would like to do some river fishing this week, finally get some action for my rod. I have seen reports that the Weber river seemed to be decent but I have not seen much about the other two. I have heard mumblings that BSF might be decent, but just 3rd person (my friend said he caught a few). Anyone been hitting up these rivers lately? Where do you guys think I should go? Any suggestions for what to use and where would be greatly appreciated as well.

Thanks guys, ya'll rock!
if your camping i suggest above rockport. there is a camp ground right next to the river thats pretty nice. plus if you some how get skunked in the river you always have the lake

Thanks for the tip. We were thinking about going to Weber Memorial initially, do you advise against that? As far as Rockport goes, are you just referring to the Rockport State Park campground? Any suggestions for patterns?

Thank you very much for your help!
yes the state park camp ground. i throw streamers now a days up there, but for bugs i would rekon bead head hairs ears and copper johns
