first 45 minutes were awesome. caught 6 or 7 over 2lb with biggest about 2 3/4. obviously i found the hotspot. i got there 1st but 10 minutes later here comes 2 other tourney pre fishers that could care less that i had that spot. they were casting within 20 feet of were i was. some tourney guys are dicks. i have a sweet bass boat but would never intrude on someone elses hole. lucky for us we they only caught one decent one. topwater was the ticket but it slowed as the day went on unless you knew how and where to get them. ended up with at least 70. avoid owyhee heard a pre fisher fished 3 days before he caught a 5 fish limit.

Sorry to hear about the tourney pre-fishers. The only tourney coming up on Strike is the IBFN State Qualifier on the 27th.
If it was a club tourney, I would've politely asked what club they were in and email the Pres with their boat numbers. Most clubs will not put up with that from their members.
As far as Owyhee, I love it when it is hard to get a limit. I usually always manage to pull out a limit and win my club tourneys in those conditions.

apparently there is a big money tourney there this week. my buddy said he has something sat and sun and entry fews for both were 560. i think they are some of the old premier and superior guys.so the guys who hounded me are after some big money. it will be a boat race to get to this spot first.

I finally found it on the F&G site. It wasn't listed on any of the master schedules.
It's ABA on the 20th and 21st. A Southwest and Southeast combined regional tourney.
