fishins been pretty good. nothin huge but 30 plus fish days. broke my pole last night, had a snag and was pullin it off the branch and it broke in half. I usually carry two poles with me but left it in the truck, luckily I had some electrical tape and it did the trick for another hour of fishing. upset about the pole, must have got a lemon. taken pretty good care of it, so I know it didn't get cracked or anything before cause I didn't pull that bad on it. must be from the muskie battles lately [:p]

That's too bad about your pole. Too bad it didn't break reeling in a fish; that would have made for a cool story.

Was it a St. Croix? I had one snap after giving it very little pressure. I bought it used so I can't say for sure how it was cared for but it looked really clean and well cared for, hardly used.
