Need advice. Felt came off my shoes. Have had them for quite a while. Can I fix the felt? Or should I go for new shoes? I would have around 100 dollar budget.

I vote new shoes. Felt will be outlawed in the not too distant future or so I heard.
Yes you can fix them I bet there is a video of it on youtube. But there is a ton of info on how to do it on the internet.

Shoe Goo ... If you boots are in good condition and they just need the felt back on, Shoe goo will glue the felt back on them. Now if the uppers are torn and ya cant lace them up anymore ya you may want to get some new boots.

If your uppers are in good condition, you can buy a re-felting kit from sportsman's for about 15$. You need to remove all the old felt and have a clean, rough surface. Be liberal with thee glue.
if you go new, with your budget, you can get a decent boot. For 50% more you can get a great boot.
Keep it in mind and good luck! Let me know how it goes!

Get new boots. I got new Korker boots last year for under $100 and have fished in them 50+ times including some longish hikes to the water before fishing--the most comfortable fishing boots I've ever had. I don't interchange the soles (got the sticky rubber and felt ones--I just use the rubber ones) but like the possibility of doing so if fishing water that requires it.

I say the same as a few others, if they are worth fixing, by all means fix. Cheap and easy enough to do.
I don't personally feel we will have an issue with felt for a few more years. Even Simms has brought back their felt line.
If you do need new ones, check out Orvis site, they have some killer sales on quality gear. Or I was at Cabela's a couple of weeks ago, and they had some Simms for a little over $100.
Also, IF you need to replace boots, maybe think about the Vibram soles. I have been using Aquastealth soles for over 10 years. If I need more traction, I use stainless sheet metal screws. Only need maybe four in the toe section, and two in the heal.
Plus nice thing, you can remove them if you want to use a drift boat.
