After Spur&#39;s report on the Skippy&#39;s at Nick Dam,, and having a empty bait freezer I made a run to try to put a few up for this winter...<br /><br /> Got to the Dam about 10 and the skips where jumping here and there , after struggling with my new trolling motor in the current I finally settled in on my old fav spot to catch a few,,, I fished untill about 6 and put 45 skippys in the freezer, and landed and set free another 20 white bass from 2-5lb&#39;s...<br /><br />All in all a great day on the water,,, Hot,,, but had a load of fun and now in set for bait at least for part of the winter...<br />PJ<br /><br />Oh and all except a couple of fish came on white and a silver carolina rigger Folley spoon...I could not get the popping cork setup to work for me and sabiki rig and jigs did not do very good...<br /><br /><br />................... emoAngler <br /> emoFish emoFish emoFish
