I had the day off on Friday so I went outside of Ashton to scout out some spots to bring my family to this weekend. Let me first report on the success I had at Warm River. After waiting for a thunder cloud to pass over, the fish were keying in on a small mayfly that was coming off around 12:00. I threw on a small size 16 adams and had a great time catching little 4-10" rainbows. As the temperatures starting getting hotter, I threw on a small black ant, started working the grassy over hangs and got into some "larger" fish. Sorry I never accompany my entries with pictures. I've nearly ruined two cameras because of trying to get pictures. One of these days I'll get a waterproof camera...
Also, I had some questions about accessing Robinson Creek. Reading all the other entries on this site has educated me that I should speak carefully about creeks. That being the case, if any of you feel you are fairly familiar with Robinson Creek, will you shoot me a PM? I have some questions I'd lke to ask you.
