Fishing Forum

I had planned to fish Nickajack with a buddy but that didn't pan out so I hit the Chick for 3 or 4 hours with thoughts of finding crappie. Tried that for awile with no luck so I hit some bluffs thinking a Kentucky might show up and play, had a couple hits and missed one running right at me. Moved to a river ledge and nothing there either. I moved to another bank with a ledge close by with some brush and finally put a small spot in the boat and had a good fish wrap me up in the brush and break me off,moved down that bank and put a good smallie in the boat. It was getting warm so I called it a day. All my bites were on worms. First fishing Iv'e done in a few weeks, with the heat like it is I have been staying in. emoBig I believe the leaves are beginning to change.
