Me and Dad decided to do some fishing before the rain system moved in. Started throwing at daylight and had another instant-cup of coffee hit within a dozen or so casts, a nice LM that weighed in at 4lbs 11oz. We thought we might try something different and head out on the river channel when we ran into a fellow-CFF member. And apparently it is a good thing to have friends in the CFF, as he took a nice picture when my camera malfunctioned and even gave me a lure that I later caught a fish on. After trading war stories, me and Dad headed down river. We picked up a keeper but decided to go back to plan-A, eventually meeting back up with our new CFF buddy and fishing out the remainder of the day. We caught a few keepers and a few short guys. The afternoon bite seemed to be off. Regardless, it was another great day out on the water. It was nice to meet you, Chris. Thanks again for the frog and the photo salvage.
