Went back up to Strawberry this morning. Put-in at 8:30 am, the good news was the water was like glass, but visibility was minimal. Still a beautiful morning as we headed out.

As we trolled, we threw spinners toward shore and landed two planter bow before getting the first nice size cutt at 10 am. Barely any "smoke" on the water by this point.

Fifteen minutes later came this bow.

After lunch we threw spinners for a while and caught several little ones before heading back out to troll. From 3 to 4:30 landed several nice fish.

Then we ended the day this final pretty cutt and a final count of seventeen fish.

That is a happy boy you got there with those fish. Is there still snow around the edges of the lake or has it melted off?

No snow around the edges of the lake when we were there Sunday and Monday. As we left last night the weather was moving in and it looked like it was going to snow last night.
Man, those are as nice as anything coming out of Lake H up in Idaho. Nice job men!!!

Anyone heading up that way...take me with you!!!!! I bet the fishing is HOT right now.
