Sport and I hit the water at 7:30am. to scout some crappie spots I<br />haven&#39;t checked lately. Ran into Hal upriver, we had a good chat. Hal was<br />catching too many small crappie, instead of the good ones. That was our problem<br />too. I did get one crappie, tarp#37, on a 1/32 jig with Outlaw Special.But other than <br />that, another tough day, with plenty of shorts. Wind picked up to 20&#43;mph, so we ran to<br />the creek to find mostly small crappie again. We finished with 15 keeper crappie, all released.<br />and quit at 1:30.
