If you are like me and miss the good ol' days at Little Camas (so where is Big Camas!) I noticed they planted 40,000 catchable triploids in mid-October. Considering how low it is in the fall, that is a lot of fish per square acre. Should be good bank fishing right now, and good ice fishing this winter. If the La Nina winter pans out again, there might be good times ahead for Little C. Mike

Good food for thought. I've had some of my fastest action ever on the ice at LC. I wonder how the ice cap is coming there? If it is really low and shallow, like it often is this time of year, it could cap fairly quickly (barring wind).

Yes what is the ice report for up there, I heard some of the ponds were capped over. I was ice fihing at Carey last year on Friday after Thanksgivings, there is hope!
