Which fly line takes up more space on a reel---DT or WF?
The Pflueger President 2056 reel rated at 30 yds 20# backing using DT line for 2011. The 2012 spec is 70 yds backing 20# using WF.

DT takes up more space. looks like the space has not changed from 2011 to 2012.

I know a bunch of people that cut the line in half. That is 45 feet, the the rest is backing. They can get more backing and they get two lines out of it.
