Fished from 12 to 4 was pretty darn cold need a boat with a cabin but had one of the best days. fishing rapalas in hot steel and vampire. trolled 2.1 mph and fished at 20 to 25 ft brought 17 fish to the boat and quiet a few got off

It was a good day ron. I did use the bigger ones in vampire f13 and caught 3 on it I even drug my f18 around for a while thought maybe a walleye would take it, had lots of hits on it but they were smaller fish and the hooks are huge on them so no hook ups

Those are sure some nice fat fish!

I'm not sure what all will work as far as scents go. I just try to avoid some of the more negative scents such as gas, sun screen, bug juice, etc and keep my hands and flies clean. I think it helps. I doubt if it hurts anyway.

In my experience sun screen has not hurt our catch rate . If anything it has picked up after use. I know it don't make sense . Maybe it's like WD40 you would think that would repel fish but just the opposite . Curt G.

Maybe it is enough to mask the human scent???

they were all real healthy and fated up for the winter. going to try a few different scents over the next while and going to keep track and see how well they help
