Water temp: 58
Clarity: 6ft+
Level: Full

The bite continues to improve. I was rained out earlier in the week and didn't fish until Thursday. Spot Sticker jig heads rigged w/ Big Bite worms have produced both numbers and quality fish this week. I've been targeting deep water areas fishing the Spot Stickers from 35-50+ft of water fishing slow. 15-20 fish in a full day is achievable right now. Bill and I got out today to scout a few areas for my trip tomorrow and we had a great day. We fished from 7:30-12:30 for both Spots and Stripers. We caught a couple of Stripers early then switched to Spots around 8:30am and immediately started catching big fish. We boated 3 Spots in the 4lb range before 9:30. All on the jig head worm and all deeper than 40ft.

Good luck on the water. Can't wait for COLD to get here.

LB
