(It's not exactly a fish report, but...)
I set up just after dark across from the white (blue, pink) house (marker 73?) near the Riverbreeze boat ramp in Oak Hill and dipped until 8 pm. I anchored bow into the current and had a mushroom anchor out the back to keep the north wind from swinging me over my two 18" green flourescent lights.
The water was pretty clear with visibility at about 2 feet. I didn't notice any jellyfish or weeds. I ended up with about 5 dozen medium shrimp, 3 jumbos, and 7 or 8 small crabs for fishing Thursday and Friday.
There weren't any commercial guys out, but I did see a couple pontoons boats north of the ramp.
January's full moon should get'em going. []
