Can anyone tell me how far up they regularly plow the road to Bone from Idaho Falls???
In what area do they close the road for the year?

Bone road is usually plowed a couple miles past Bone. Where they stop plowing is where the parking area is for sledders and that would be where the road is closed to autos.

If you are looking for current info on it. They plowed it from the bone store all the way to the dam at blackfoot res the end of Nov. and since we haven't had any storms it was still open as of last saturday . Didn't even have to think about 4 wheel drive once the whole trip.
