Hey everybody! I found this super realistic looking lure. It's called the Ultimate Bluegill 2 lure from Mattelures.
It's one of the most realistic looking lures I've seen yet. Has anyone tried this?
Are fishing lures more effective if they look more realistic.

Here the Ultimate Bluegill 2:

Let me what ya'll think of this. It's a high quality lure, but it's not cheap. Is it worth the buy?
Thanks for your input!

I tried a lure like that a couple of years ago with no success. Jounted lures work best in the waters I fish. Better to ask the local guys and gals if that would work.

I would rather it to have a trebble hook as a trailer hook, are there any videos of it catching fish?Looks to me as it would miss a whole lot a fish cause the single hook?I've never fished or had much sucess with plastics other than worms, lizzards,or frogs, here is a great lure which I am in the process of perfecting, single hook but 3",so its easier for fish to grab, you can make your own,try it

Paulpro, do you prefer the treble hooks compared with single or traller hoo? Can i conclude that it seems to be effective to fish with treble hooks?[crazy][Wink]

For lures yes, most swim baits have single hook, but for larger ones such as this 4" lure,it helps if it has a trebble near the tail along with the single hook on the back.[Image: happy.gif] There's no one in this world like Imilly....[Image: yell.gif]there's no one in this world like Imilly...."Darling" anything you need to know
