I know some of you have cameras that you have been able to hook up a video recorder to. question is what type and how big of a pain is it?

I have a Cabelas advanced angler unit, it does have a video out on the back of it, but what kind of devise to hook up to it? it has what appears to be an RCA jack, which from what i know hooks to a VCR or TV. what kind of recorder does it connect to?

I haven't tried it yet, but with my research I understand that any camera with a (Video In) option will work. I have found a couple on Amazon for around $80.00. Aqua View sells one just for underwater cameras with a motion detector to start recording, but it is about $200.00.

Santa dropped me off a Marcum VS380 for Christmas I haven't had a chance to play with it yet but will get a test run next weekend at Pelican.
