I was wondering if anybody went to EC and how thick the ice is and if there is any water on top of the ice if so how deep

We fished it on the 30th
ice 5-7 inches thick a little tricky on the edges-- wading through 3 inches of water for a couple of feet.
fishing was slow but that changes daily so good luck!

was it just water by the edges or did it have the bit of water on all the ice and thanks for the info i just dont want to stand in an inch of water on the ice. fishing has to be pretty good for those trips to be fun specially with the kids
