If you have any reports or tips on ice fishing the North Marina, please PM me.
I have fished it 3 times and only caught 1 Shad so far.
I know that the fish are in there. I see them on the finder. I just can't beg a bite.
Any help will be welcome.

The first couple weeks after first ice up are usually pretty good for perch and crappie but after that I think it is a waste of time. I don't know where the fish go. I think what you are seeing on the finder are shade or carp. You might pick up a perch now and then. I've tried for years to figure it out with no luck. If you figure it out let me know.

i fished it at the earliest ice and got on tiny nibble in four hours + same with my buddies, ive never caught a fish throught the ice there. they act like they dont like waxies there.
