Wondering if anyone has info on the ice at Mantua is it all slush or did they get snow instead of rain? thanks

I didn't stop, just drove by on the highway. It looked very wet. It rained there like just about everywhere else. There were a few people out on it at about 5 PM today, and the temp on the highway was showing at 43 degrees, so it should have been pleasant if not for the wetness.
