That was a LOOOONG drive to forget the plank at home. There was two guys out on the ice that got out using a tree branch. Not sure exactly how they're going to get back but. There's about 4 feet of nothing but slush from the bank to the ice. You'll definitely need something to help you get across. For me, unfortunately, had to turn back around and go home

We were there today, and yes shorelines were crappy! we didnt have a plank but took the chance. Luckily we got on and off without a problem! be careful!! Fishing was slow but we did catch some nice sized bows from 14 inches to 23. The bite was light and the fish came through here and there. Fun trip
