Hello my fellow fishermen,

I am headed to Chesterfield res with my father on the 18th, we do not get to go out much due to his cancer and it will be my first time coming up from Utah.
I would love to find out what is in the res and what they are hitting on in order to make this rare outing a blast.

If you have info on the current ice and road conditions as well I would appreciate it,
I know you dedicated anglers can help me out.

Thanks,

The times I've been up the last couple weeks most people are in about 12-16 ft water. White, pink and black, tipped with worm or meal worms. I've had luck some luck with chronimids and nymphs also Its been slow lately but that might be due to the weather changing so much.If your talking the 18th of next month that could be a whole different ballgame on what they want. I'd just keep an eye on the boards

[Wink] Going to give Chesterfield a shot on Saturday again.
Maybe see if I can put a video or two together if I hook anything good. Any interested fisherman welcome. Look for the Green Dodge. I will more than likely be on the East Side if I can still get over there in the truck.

[Wink] We tried a couple of different lures and I alway try an experiment when I go out. I ended up using my own lead heads painted using white power and glow powder. Maniac gizzy bugs or gizzillas that glow. That is what we ended catching almost all the fish on. I like the new Gizzillas.
