[cool] I had to be in IP for work and had a couple hrs to burn so I brought my gear and hit the hard deck around 10am. Couldn't keep the little bows off! Landed 13 in 90 min. Smallest around 14" and biggest fish was right at 17". White or clear tube jigs tipped with bait was the ticket. I think the real key was fishing in only 10ft of water - then about 2 ft off the bottom. Was fun to look down the hole and see your rig - you would then start to see a shadow of a fish and then your bait would disappear- had a great time!

Great job taking advantage of the time you had. Watching the fish take your bait is like eating the frosting first before the cake!

Near the boat ramp. Went again yesterday and between two of us we landed around 25. Actually managed a koke too! F & G checked us right when a large school of kokes moved in so we only landed the one [] but still had a great time. Started around 12:30 and left around 4.

How big was that koke? Any pictures?

25 bows 14" to 17" and a koke too sounds like a fun day to me!
