I got a loaner transducer from a friend to try because I am having trouble in deep water with my unit, Turns out the ducer is definately the culprit. I checked out some deep water today and the unit is really showing off the structure with the new ducer so I had to try my luck on some of it to make sure that what I was seeing was really there. I threw a jig mostly and didn't pay attention to the water temps but it was dirty for sure.
