Wow I haven't seen you post for a long time. Do you live up in that country now? [fishin] Heck of a Daytona race huh?

After years of disappointment with that show, I finally decided not to waste my money on the admission fee...not to mention my time. It sucks!!!!

Now you have me wondering cause we decided that this year with the snowest snow show. maybe the day would be better spent fishing some where.

kind of a call you'll need to make for yourself. many people return year after year, apparently getting some kind of reward and fulfillment. just isn't the case for me. can't criticize the vendors' efforts...just a disappointingly small show.

thanks guess i will have to talk to the wife and daughter see what they say. guess ya wont know if ya never try it [Smile]

i would agree with born to fish. you pay a hefty admission go in and are afraid to make eye contact with the exibiters in fear of a fifteen minute sales pitch for something you weren't that interested in to begin with. last time i went i felt like i was paying people just to solicit me. however it has been a long time ago maybe it's awesome now. i don't know.
[signature]
Well there sales pitch wont work on me cause im about 75% deaf [:p] How much does it cost to get in ?

5 Bucks.

I havent been in 3 or 4 years because like born to fish said it just got boring, or maybe I'm just gettin old. Anyway with a bum shoulder on the mend I need something to do. So I taking my grandson tomorrow, cant' wait to see him looking at everything (he's one). Also I want to meet a BFT member face to face, have made some friends through the pm. This is a great group as are the guys in Utah lucky day I found this site. Thanks too all.

I will be going, but I live in town so I don't have a long drive. I'll probably be heading there tonight.
