I went with the wizard today hoping he could pull some of his magic, well it didn't really happen for neither of us. We stayed in the park pretty much trying to find the fish everyone else had found the past couple of days. This was the first time I had ever fished guntersville. We started throwing worms , spinner baits and lipless cranks and everything else in the tackle box, thought about even throwing the tackle box at them. ( no A-rig, to lazy to throw it, got tired just watching the guys throw it) Most of the water we were in was 5-10 and was murky in some spots and clear in other. The temp was staying around 50 degrees. Since I had never fished there before I was unsure on what to use and how deep they would be. I managed to get one keeper ( yea I got excited ) The wizard got one but we left the fish stretcher at home so we threw it back for being to short. We got all excited at the weight in when we got there we had about 15 pounds , but then they dumped the water out of our bag and that set us back to just weighing a little over 3 I beleive. Really enjoyed it today and hope to see everyone at the next one.
