No fish, two measley. We went to mud lake first and pounded the reed lines for LMBs, this is where the two bites came from on a dark green beaver. We thought we'd try somewhere else so we loaded up and relaunched out by sandy beach. There's an awesome rocky shoreline out there that we always have good luck at, but nothin doin. I guess it's a little early yet.
On a side note, we saw pro angler Mike Lee at mud lake, is he on BFT?

I was at Mud Lake too, i was expecting the fishing to be a lot faster. From what i heard black and blue was the ticket, and of course i forgot one of my jig boxes. I was in the flat bottom aluminum boat. Which one were you? and i dont think he writes on BFT.

I don't know if I saw you. We were in a little 14' aluminum. You mentioned blue being the color, did you talke to the guys in that little almost paddle boat looking thing? I saw them pitching some big blue plastics, they said they had only caught one.

Went out there as well and caught a few whities drifting around in the open water. Didn't even mess with the large mouths seemed a few boats already had that covered.
