Me and a couple buddies are thinking about taking the boat out tomorrow (2/20/2012). What are the conditions like at good places to launch? What about depth for bows and cutts, lures, and techniques... etc?

The ramp at first point is ok as of last night... You'll have a little ridge of ice to jump at the bottom... Ideal Beach ramp (Guses Point) Looked like it had a fair amount of ice chunks trapped in around it on yesterday also.. I think you can push your way through.... IFFFYY Not sure about State Marina..
