I'm going to be heading out tomorrow to hopefully wipe off the skunk from the hard deck this year. I think I would have had better luck sticking my head through my ice hole and waiting for something to swim into my mouth! I was thinking of hitting the Logan River or Blacksmith Fork for some spinner tossing. Anyone know of any N.Utah lakes with open water for shore casting?

Tube dude was on Willard the other day, said it was open as far as he could see, but the fishing was not very good.

I'll bet Holmes creek has enough open to cast spinners into. I've done well there with white/red spot Super Dupers there when the ice is pulling back.
