I had a great time on Sat. with my friend Aaron Peterson of Flyfishingfrenzy. If you like flyfishing check out his site.

We left at 4:30 in the morning and got to the parking lot just as the sun was coming up. It took a while to get the sleds packed and everything ready. We were going to shuttle the kids but decided to just put them all in one sled and drag them in to the lake. Worked out pretty good and we had a beautiful uneventful ride in on the snowmobile.

It was not a good sign when a couple of guys who were there already left just after we arrived. They said it was too slow. They were right it was a slow day. We managed to land a few fish and had a great time with the kids. We tried everything in the book and just could not get them going. Saw them on the the vexilar all day.

Had fun playing with the GoPro video cameras and my friend made a couple short films. I wish the footage was a little longer since we did get some awesome film, but I think these are pretty cool. Enjoy.....

That was done with an imovie template. I don't have a Mac but my friend does.

Thanks for replying. After seeing 44 views with no replies I was beginning to wonder.

CPierce: I never care much about how many fish I catch. I just really enjoy getting out, but when you take someone else and especially kids there is some added pressure.
We ended up with 8 for the day and all of them were beautiful 16-19ers"

I use to fish wade alot 20 years ago and its one of the best lakes ive ever fished. night fishing was rhe best. Its one of the pertiests lake ive ever seen .Sure wo0ld like to get back there someday. Great vidios and looks like you really had fun.
