Went to Crappie Academy sponsored by Bass Pro in Sevierville this past week-end. It was a blast and was instructed by Pros Jared Roper and Russ Bailey. They covered Spider rigging, slow trolling,Tight lining,pushing. Also covered dockshooting, trolling deepwater crankbaits, and techniques of all these methods. Class was a 2 day event with the second day on the water on Douglas Lake. These guys were really down to earth and unselfish to their info and knowledge. They are talking of a class next year in Chatt area on The Chick. The goodie bag alone was more than the 35dollars for the class. Can't wait till next year and will go again for sure.
