got r done today the fish were on today wind blowing and all. caught 3 stripers on the bottom with anchovie. we chummed the area and continued chumming the whole time about 2 cut up anchovies per hour sling shotting them out with my 99cent store toy sling shot would have ended up with more than 3 had i been paying attention more LOL but it was a great day out there I also got a small carp loaded with a million+ eggs took her home filleted her up for catfish bait. my son got a nice 7-8 lb carp also chummed up with oatmeal/corn/strawberry extract mixture. all in all a great day on the water my best day for stripers in about 2 years.

Good job man.... Hoping the stars and planets align right so I have a day off when the wind isn't kicking and I can fish that area from my new boat haha.... I know I won't be in that area if there is wind over 15mph again....lol might stick to willow for awhile until I get used to the boat the swells are nothing like that open lake...[fishon]

Dito... Haven't been on the water for 3 weeks now. Killing me. At most I have only skipped a weekend a couple times in the last 6 months. Jones'in to get out there but won't with the winds. Figures that "nice" days lately have been during the week only and crappy days on the weekends [mad] Not looking a ton better this upcoming weekend but we shall see when it gets closer what the weatherman has to say.

Good luck man - this is when a 7-lber would really do ya some good. This is the time of year to stick one that size on Mohave, too. Go find those big spawners.
