Fished Utah Lake 4 hours today caught one fish then let her go. No other bites. Water was 45 when I got there 47 when I left.

It was great fun made the day. I was in a big hurry to put her back I didn't get to measure her, but I did measure the seat of my nova er a I mean boat while looking at the pic and think she was 27 or 28 inches. I did weigh her in the net then subtracted the net and it came to 9.5 lbs. It really felt good to let a big fish like that go!!! Man I forgot how big there heads are when they get that big. Last year I caught all males but one female so I thought I could go get some dinner on sunday but she was my only bite.
