Does anyone know if ice is off yet on either place? Itching to take the boat out is all. Thanks ahead of time for any info.

I drove by alexander on sat 17th and it was still froze over. There was open water around the edges and on the eastern part of of the res. It will probabually be around the first of april for alaxender.

I drove to Chesterfield this past weekend. It is still iced over with some open water around the edges and at the inlet. Some crazy people were still ice fishing on it, and a few die hards had tubes out in the few open places. It looks to be a couple of weeks from open water.
