Hit the lower weber this morning for a few hours. Again as always couldnt get anything on the fly, it is getting really fustrating but did bring along the spin rod and landed me a nice brown on a brown trout rapala. It was pretty fun until he got in the current and took off, would of muched rathered to caught him on the fly rod but still working on those skills, maybe someday.

nothing wrong with gettin em on a rapala i always bring my spincaster with me when i fly fish just in case. and ya it would have been alot funner of a fight on a flyrod, but good on ya nice fish.

Oh I definetly enjoyed it for sure, my biggest brown so far at 24 inches, just had another fustrating day with the fly rod, I guess it just takes time to figure it out, only been fly fishing for less than a year.

if your ever curious about what flies to use and where to fish i could be of assistance, i hit it religiously in the early spring, making my first trip there this sat or sunday.
