Is there an inspection that has to be done on a boat coming into Utah from out of state.?

No inspection exactly but you will need to go to the DMV to get the paper work, where you need a police officer to come by and verify the hull ID number. There could an inspection for the Mussel aware program, if you bring the boat from a state that has the
Mussel but I'm not sure.
