I am moving your post over to the fly fishing forum, so they can help you.

Your best bet is to google the local fly shop and head in there. They will show you which flies, at what depths, and at what times. I'm sure everyone here can give you their advice on what to take, but those guys who own the shops know what's working best.

After working in a couple of Fly Shops, I will add that depending on who you ask, some of their advise comes from customers reports and not first hand....LOL
Scuds are a safe bet. Copper Johns (I like red also) WD 40's, Sunset Sows. Even streamers.

I fished the middle provo today. Blue Wing Olive Emerger patterns were effective as well as WD-40's. I had a couple of takes on streamers also.

that's awesome. One noobie attacks another noobie. What kind of troll network is at work here? I hear the Jaws theme playing now. . . . tooo funny.

At least no one told him to go google it.

And seriously - you fly fishers use WD40? What's up with that!!!! [crazy]
I use WD40 but not what you think "W" = Wood "D" = Duck and 40 I have no idea. It is a nymph/emerger
