Welcome to BFT. You will generally get more responses if you introduce yourself before jumping into the question.
There have been some reports for both in the last couple of weeks. I don't fish on that side of the state very often so I can't be of much help.
Look through some of the old posts , use the search function, and PM some of the people who have fished there in the last little while.
I hope you get the answers that you are looking for and then report back often.

Oakley eye fishing has been fun for us... We went 03/28-29/12 and done really well.... I'm sure the eyes will still be good fishing. We stayed on the upper end of the Res trolling the edges until we found a good school and then jigged....
