I own a Humminbird Fishin Buddy 140c and I've realized I'm changing the 6 AA batteries A LOT, which is getting rather expensive. I'm wondering if anybody on here has a solution for this. Either by replacing the batteries with an appropriately sized good rechargeable battery, or by modifying the unit to accept an external battery of some kind. Any replies about successful, or unsuccessful, mods would be greatly appreciated.
