So this probably belongs off-topic, but it's about fish!
Just got the latest Bass-Master - and there's this caption by a picture of the phattest hog of a bass . . .
So this guys lands a 16 lb, 5 oz largemouth. Gets it officially weighed and measured in just over the 36 year old record. Then as the game and fish are checking the records - they find the guy JUST bought a new fishing license - like 3 hours AFTER reporting the catch. Seems his license expired last april '11.
So instead of a record fish - he's got a $1000 fine, and faces up to 30 days in jail. Fish was siezed - no trophy on this bozos wall!
Wow. Takes all kinds. Kinda like those million dollar lottery winners in Michigan, claiming food stamps and welfare! Here's your sign!!!!
Measured at 26.5 inch length, and 22.3/4 girth. Yes - a girth bigger than the length of a bass I've met out here! (yet)
Thanks Hookinup for posting that pic. Perfect! What a belly on that beast!

Quote: Paul Crowder holds what could have been the Arkansas state record bass. The only record he now holds was filed by the police
